Do not judge

Do not judge others, and God will not judge you, do not condemn others and God will not condemn you, forgive others and God will forgive you. Give to others and God will give to you. Indeed you will receive a full measure, a generous helping, pouring into your hands, all that you can hold. The measure you use for others is the one that God will use for you.
Luke 6:37-38

Merciful Father,

save me from hypocrisy.

May I spring to remove the log from my own eye

before I pronounce upon the speck in another's.

Dear Lord, teach us not to judge others.
We do not know what pain or load they carry,
for we cannot see into their hearts.
When we argue or disagree, help us to be calm to listen,
really listen to the other person's point of view.
Lord teach us to be careful with each other's feelings
and not to hurt or score points,
but be fair and honest, remembering each has an opinion
and sometimes we see things differently.
When the raised voices are silent and the tears wiped away,
help us admit our mistakes and say, "I'm sorry",
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
